When will my order be shipped?

MADE TO ORDER:

Some products are exclusively made to order by FaShion Ma'ja. With that being a factor, you will receive your tracking number in 10-14 business days.

"READY TO SHIP" Items:

"Ready to ship" items will be shipped within 2-5 business days.

How do I know if my item is "made to order" or "ready to ship"?

Read the product description, it should say "ready to ship" or "made to order".

When will my order be delivered?

When your package is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Once you receive the tracking number, pay attention to the delivery date to ensure that you're available to receive your package.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

No returns or exchanges. All sales are final. If you are having issues with a product please contact us first and we'll do our best to fix the issue. Customer service is very important to us and we strive to keep you happy.
